Stratford’s Sterling House Community Center will celebrate its 85th anniversary and formally fete its renovated food pantry, front offices, lobby, new entrance and access elevator during “Sterling House Weekend,” Oct. 13-15, 2017.
The agency will be hosting visitors on the grounds of non-profit’s historic home and provide guided tours of the former Sterling family estate, 2283 Main Street, including basement level food pantry serving more than 49,000 meals annually.
“We are inviting the public and business community to see the new Sterling House,” said Executive Director Amanda Meeson.
“We have four ways for our friends and donors to celebrate with us,” she added.
