COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING / JUNIOR COUNSELORS
All C.I.T. and Junior Counselor positions for Summer 2018 are filled. For youth entering 9th – 12th grades and are 14 by June 25, 2018. CIT’s will train for the first two-weeks of camp, training put into practice for 8 weeks of camp with continued mentoring. CIT training emphasizes leadership development, working with young children, skill development, and an opportunity to assist in all areas of camp with confidence.
To be considered as a 1st time Junior Counselor (youth volunteer) position for summer day camp this program must be completed.
