Applying?
We offer financial assistance for all of our programs, including athletics, preschool, and camp. Unless otherwise noted, this application must be submitted 14 days prior to registration closing of the desired program.
Take your time completing the application above, here are some things to note:
This application serves as an application for your whole household- please include all household program participants in the Participant Section of the application.
Proof of income must be attached to this application in order to be issued aid.
Financial aid information must be resubmitted upon the new year. Financial aid will be reissued starting January 2024
What’s next?
Your application will be sent directly to the Office Manager who will review your application and make a decision using the income chart.
If your income is higher than your needed aid and extenuating circumstances are detailed in the application, your application will be reviewed by the program director, consulting other departments as needed.
By the 5th day of receiving the completed application, The Office Manager will apply the financial aid to your account and you will be notified with your issued aid.
